| Me: | My back is sore. |
| CW: | Ej, you always hurt yourself. |
| Me: | It's not my fault. |
| CW: | You're so broken. |
| Me: | That's because I exceed the limitations of the human body. |
| CW: | *Roll eyes* |

While I was about to start working out in my garage, I stumbled across one of my old Sega Saturn games; Three Dirty Dwarves. I remembered that you could play the disc as an audio CD. I placed it in my DVD player to see if it still worked. Voila! The disc was still able to play regardless of the scratches on it. I must say, most of the music got me pumped up; such a lost treasure.
| CW: | So EJ, tell us the secret. |
| Me: | What secret? |
| CW: | The secret on how you stay fit. |
| Me: | You go hard and lift heavy. |
| CW: | That's it? What did you eat this morning? |
| Me: | Spam and rice. |
| CW: | Are you sure? |
| Me: | Honestly, I only had my protein shake, pre-workout drink and a donut. |
| CW: | A donut? I thought you're supposed to stay away from those? |
| Me: | It's my secret. |
